In order to keep our patients and staff safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, Primary Care Partners has changed the way it’s offering its services.
Below are the updated changes to be followed by current and potential patients to keep Lincoln residents safe:
-
For the safety of all parties, we have stopped offering walk-ins at this time.
-
A clinical staff member will be screening the temperatures of all patients prior to coming into each clinic location. Staff members will also inquire about current symptoms that could be consistent with COVID-19, travel and exposure history.
-
Any patient being seen in the clinic will have minimal time in the waiting room as possible.
-
If a patient calls for an appointment, they may be directed to a triage nurse if more information is needed to determine the best appointment type in order to care for the patient.
-
We have expanded how we see patients for APPOINTMENTS by offering in-clinic, curbside visits, or telehealth.
-
Our Providers will field appointment questions as needed and direct the best option for the patient to be seen in-clinic, curbside, or via telehealth.
-
If you would like to be established as a new patient please call us at 402-483-2987.
IF a TELEHEALTH VISIT is recommended, the nursing staff will communicate the following information to the patient:
-
You will receive an email from Primary Care Partners in order to check-in for your telehealth appointment. You may complete this at any time.
-
At the time of your scheduled appointment, all you need to do is follow the link provided in your email.
-
The telehealth appointments work best if you are using the camera on a laptop or tablet, but your smartphone is fine to use as well.
-
We recommend you use Chrome or Firefox as your browser.
-
A staff member will likely reach out to you prior to your scheduled appointment in order to confirm that you have the appropriate link, understand how telehealth works, and to go over your symptoms, medications, and allergies.
